TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

 PHP 18,000 - 30,000 per month 

Job Description:

•  Act as the point of contact and handle customer’s individual needs

• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

• Report on the status of accounts and transactions

• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives

• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

• Assist customers and educate them on the benefit of the company’s services

• Attend client meetings and foster positive relationships with the clients.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree graduate (any program)

• Proven work experience in Sales and ability to deliver excellent customer
experience

• Understanding of sales performance metrics

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Proficient in English

• Knowledge of MS Office

• Civil engineering background is a plus
